Question 1

Is RESCYU only for hotels?

Accepted Answer

No. RESCYU started in hospitality but the platform supports any employer or agency that matches verified workforce — clinics, seasonal operations, events, logistics, retail peaks, and international crew placement.

Question 2

Can agencies manage multiple clients on RESCYU?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Agencies use client portfolios, manager assignments, and entity relationships to track every employer, request, and placement without losing context as the book grows.

Question 3

Does RESCYU support invoicing and commission tracking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Commission rules are captured at match time. The invoicing module lets you track earned commission and generate invoices on contract milestones when enabled for your agency.

Question 4

How does verification work?

Accepted Answer

Companies, agencies, talents, and teams are reviewed before full network access. Documents, role history, and account approval reduce noise and keep collaboration tracks serious.

Question 5

Do workers pay to join?

Accepted Answer

No. Talents and teams do not pay to join or apply. RESCYU is aligned to successful placement outcomes — commission on agreement, not pay-to-list volume.

Question 6

When are contact details shared?

Accepted Answer

Direct contact stays locked until negotiation and contract approval milestones are complete. That protects both sides and keeps every deal auditable.

Question 7

Is this a job board?

Accepted Answer

No. RESCYU is a contract-controlled workforce network with matching, negotiation, analytics, and optional invoicing — not public CV spam or anonymous listings.
