RESCYU is an international workforce matching platform. By registering or using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. Platform role

RESCYU intermediates between hospitality clients and verified talents, teams, and agencies. RESCYU is not the employer unless explicitly stated in a separate contract.

2. Accounts & verification

You must provide accurate information during registration and onboarding. Profiles remain subject to admin verification. Misleading data may lead to suspension.

3. Communication

Where platform messaging is enabled, contact details of matched parties may be gated until a formal match stage. WhatsApp or external contact requires explicit consent captured in your profile.

4. Commissions

RESCYU earns commission only after a successful agreement documented on the platform. No subscription fees apply to standard registration.

5. Data & documents

Uploaded documents (including anonymous CVs and identity verification) are processed according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptance

Login and registration require mandatory acceptance of this version (2026-01).
